Leo Karruli, the owner of the Johnstown Galleria mall, continues to the hard work and investments necessary to improve the property. And unlike many other businesses that rely on government handouts, Karruli is dipping into his own pockets to revitalize the structure.
Picking up where he left off last fall, Karruli is continuing to systematically pave the mall’s interior road, which was left in a total state of total disrepair when he acquired the complex.
This investment improves the aesthetics and accessibility of the mall while serving to attract new tenants that will help revitalize our local economy.
In addition to paving the road, Karruli is also upgrading the mall’s aging infrastructure. In the coming weeks, Karruli will be overseeing the replacement of the Galleria’s outdated air conditioning units.
This critical HVAC upgrade will improve the comfort and climate control for shoppers and tenants, increase the energy efficiency of the Galleria, thereby reducing operating costs and the overall environmental footprint.
Karruli’s demonstrated commitment to enhancing the mall’s essential infrastructure marks a significant move towards his goal of transforming the Galleria into a premier shopping destination and focal point for our community
